What is the process of booking?
Is a deposit required?
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
Where is the Centre? Is there any parking available?
Can I view the Centre before booking?
Sure! Why don’t you check out our online 360° view of our centre. What you see there will be the similar setting for the birthday party. Our fun and bright Centre is available for tours on request. Please email us on [email protected] or call us on 0458 274 257 to book in a time with Tanya, so that we can make sure we are there, and not out at a school visit, so we can give you our focused attention and answer all your questions!
What time slots are available for parties and events at the Centre?
Available time slots for parties at our Centre on Saturdays and Sundays are:
- 10am – 11.30am (90 mins)
- 12.15pm – 1.45pm (90 mins)
- 2.30pm – 4.00pm (90 mins)
- 4.45pm – 6.15pm (90 mins)
We can also host parties after school on Friday afternoons! 4.30pm – 6.00pm
What dates are available?
Is there a maximum number of kids?
Do you provide food?
Alternatively, parents are welcome to order and have pizzas delivered to the Centre for the food and cake after the party activities!
No alcohol is permitted in the Centre.
What sort of party food do you recommend?
If you are arranging for food to be delivered to our Centre, please arrange for it to arrive 45 mins after the party starts so it is ready in time for the celebration! Food delivery is much better than trying to leave the party to pick up the food yourself – no one wants to leave their own child’s party.
How early can we arrive? Can we stay late, after the party ends?
It is important to ensure the party ends at the scheduled time as the Centre is booked for other parties or events.

Are younger siblings welcome?
Can parents bring decorations or balloons?
Yes, of course! The food area will have Birthday Bunting overhead and tables will be set for the children with a table cloth, plastic plates, cups and napkins. Parents are more than welcome to provide additional table decorations, if desired.
If parents wish to organise balloons they are welcome to do so. We ask that the balloons arrive with the parents on the day of the party and that they are weighted down bunched arrangements, to be used as table centrepieces or at the entrance on the front desk.
