Option 1

CREATIVE MINDS PROGRAM

In these fun, educational classes, students will experience hands-on science and engineering concepts as they build unique motorised models using LEGO® Bricks. We provide an extensive and flexible curriculum to create a learning experience for students that encourages critical thinking, creativity, organisation skilles, problem solving and teamwork. Our Creative Minds programs are targeted at Foundation to Year 2 and but can be customised to suit any age group. A great tuning-in and questioning activity for a variety of integrated studies units.

Option 2

INNOVATIVE MINDS PROGRAM

Aimed at Level 1 to 3 this program introduces students to the world of Digital Technologies with LEGO® WeDo 2.0, an easily accessible and engaging Graphics Based Coding Language. Combined with our extensive range of Bricks 4 Kidz custom models students will enjoy building their models and then watching them come to life through coding. Sensors allow the students learning to be extended as their robot learns to interact with it’s environment.

Option 3

MASTERY MINDS PROGRAM

Using the latest LEGO® Mindstorms EV3 technology students work in teams to build advanced models including Robotic Arms, Jumping Spiders and a variety of Rover Bots. The challenges continue as students program their robots and test their solutions as they solve a variety of challenges. The Mastery Minds program asks students to employ computational thinking to deconstruct their program, understand the base components and find ways to improve their algorithms. The Mastery Minds program is targeted at Years 4 and above.

Option 4

GAMER’S MIND PROGRAM

Video Game Design – Scratch ONLY: Students will develop a range of coding and problem-solving skills as they create fun video games. Game designers will think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively to create various video games. Each Game Design unit includes a themed sprite built with LEGO® Bricks that will be the main character of all of the games. Each game progressively teaches more advanced capabilities within the video game design software. Students will be proud and excited to actually play their very own completed video games.
