Depending on your cicumstances you may be able to use NDIS funding to pay for our group activity focussed School Holiday Workshops and After School Workshops:
- Our School Holiday Workshops are day long workshops (9am to 4pm) and are priced between $85 and $120 depending on theme and educational content
- Our After School STEM workshops are generally packaged together in a 4-6 session bundle priced arounf $72
Generally speaking your able to use NDIS to cover the cost of these activities if your kid’z care plan has goals in it like:
- improving executive function
- developing fine motor skills
- developing social skills through group work
You pay for the sessions upfront, we provide an invoice with all the required details and you are then reimbursed via the NDIS scheme.
Normally you should nominate to use the Capacity budget but NDIS have also allowed the Core budget to be used when the capacity budget has been exhausted.
It should be noted that our activity is NDIS approved (so parents can generally make a claim on a case-by-case basis), although as an organisation we are not a NDIS Registered provider (so approval is not automatic).
