A Pirate Quest

Tuesday 23rd April  ✷  9am – 4pm

Shiver me timbers as we explore the popular culture behind the life of a pirate!  Build a motorised pirate ship, a helm and an anchor, as we batten down the hatches and prepare for mutiny.  Protect the hands on deck by building a launching trebuchet.
Beware me mateys, if it’s too late, you must abandon ship and build a rowboat to escape.  Anchors aweigh!
All kids get to take home their very own BRICKTASTIC gift at the end of the workshop!
Ages 5+
Price is inclusive of GST. Payment can be made online via our credit card facility.

Junior Robotics

Tuesday 23rd April  ✷  9am – 4pm

How would you like to turn your next LEGO® creation into a robot, programmed to do exactly what you tell it to do?  The Junior Robotics workshop offers all the fun of building with LEGO® Bricks PLUS the challenge of software coding!

Using drag-and-drop icon-based LEGO® WeDo® software, the workshop provides an introduction into the world of computer programming and robotics that will equip children to succeed in a technology-based marketplace. This fun, action-packed one day workshop combines real-life skills with real-kid fun!

All kids get to take home their very own BRICKTASTIC gift at the end of the workshop!

Common Questions about our Programs

How old does my child need to be?

As noted above, children are welcome at our workshops from as young as five for non-robotics workshops or seven for robotics workshops, however all kids attending must be in kindergarten in primary school at least in order to attend.

What is your Cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least THREE weeks from the start date of the school holiday workshop will receive an 80% refund. Cancellations made TWO to THREE weeks from the start date of the workshop will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for workshops cancelled LESS than TWO weeks prior to the scheduled date of the workshop.
How many children are attending?
At Mosman, our popular workshops are limited to no more than 20 children.
What is your policy on Missed Workshops?
  • If your child is visibly sick or carrying a high temperature on the day of the class, please keep your child at home! We will make up the class at the next opportunity.
  • Make up classes & transfers for other reasons will be accommodated as long as there is room in the class.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a workshop due to low registration.
  • Space is limited, so please enrol your child today.
What should my child bring?
Please note that food is not provided. Please provide a nut-free snack for your child to enjoy during every day of the workshop. If staying for the full day children will need to bring their own nut-free lunch. Please make sure your child wears covered shoes, sunscreen and brings a hat! We will supervise them outside at breaks. While activities in BRICKS 4 KIDZ® workshops with LEGO® Bricks are very safe, we place a very high focus on child welfare – at least one staff member at every one of our activities will have a valid First Aid certificate!
How do I make payment?
Payment is made using a credit card online through our secure payment gateway. Your child’s place is confirmed when payment is made. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD).
