In Term 3 we will be focusing on Space, often called “the last frontier”! It has inspired scientists, star-gazers and adventurers for generations. Get inspired to go on your own adventure and join us on a Mission to Space! Discover some incredible structures at Kennedy Space Centre’s Launch Complex 39, travel the surface of the moon, and explore Space. Our tour would not be complete without a visit to the International Space Station. We’ll provide the bricks; all you need to bring for
this adventure is your imagination
In Term 4, It’s a zoo in here! This is a unit sure to delight kids who love animals. We’ll build models of a spider, kangaroo, monkey, and more. Each week we’ll discuss fascinating facts about the animals we build, from the chameleon that changes colours to the seal model that waddles across the table. Students will love these moving models that celebrate the wonders of the animal kingdom!
BRICKS 4 KIDZ After School workshops build on the universal popularity of LEGO® bricks to deliver a high quality of educational play. Come and join in all the fun of our BRICKS 4 KIDZ After School Workshops with LEGO®!  Students will participate in term-long sessions constructing a new and exciting model each week.
Students must be registered as a casual/permanent with Uniting Wahroonga Prep Outside School Hours Care.
There are limited spots so BOOK EARLY to avoid disappointment!

Every model build will be in conjunction with WeDo®!  Using drag-and-drop icon based software, WeDo® software provides a GREAT introduction into the world of Coding and Robotics!
This program introduces students to Robotics, seeing how Coding can be applied to control and direct their own physical creations. Our experience has been that kids love to apply their programming knowledge to real-world challenges and see real-world results!

Who can come to this program?
The program is open to students of Wahroonga Preparatory School!
What is your Cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least THREE weeks from the start of the program will receive an 80% refund. Cancellations made TWO to THREE weeks from the start of the program will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for programs cancelled LESS than TWO weeks prior to the scheduled start of the program.
How many children are attending?
At Wahroonga Preparatory School, our popular programs are capped at 24 children.
