Common Questions about our Parties & Events!
What is the process of booking?
Super easy. Just fill in the Birthday Party Enquiry Form with your requirements and one of our awesome staff members will follow up with you!
We’ll discuss your party needs, confirm the time and date with you, and then issue you an invoice for a deposit. Once we’ve received your deposit, your preferred time and date is secured – that’s it!
Final numbers and payment will be due one week prior to the party.
Is a deposit required?
Where is the Centre? Is there any parking available?
The centre is located in Shop 505/88 George Street, Hornsby.
There is a Council Car Park on the corner of George Street and Burdett Street (2 minutes from our Centre). Street parking is also available on some side roads and parts of George Street. Westfield shopping centre is a five minute walk away.
Can I view the Centre before booking?
Yes! By appointment only. Please email us on [email protected] or call us on 0426 264 688 to schedule a site inspection and we will make sure our friendly staffs are there to give you our focused attention and answer all your questions!
What time slots are available for parties and events at the Centre?
Available time slots for parties at our Centre on Saturdays and Sundays are:
- 9.30am or 10.00am – 11.30am (90 mins or two hours)
- 12.15pm – 1.45pm (90 mins)
- 2:30pm – 4.00pm or 4:30pm (90 mins or two hours)
- 4:45pm – 6:15pm or 6:45pm (90 mins or two hours)
We can also host parties after school on any day during the week (including Friday afternoons)!
What dates are available?

What is the minimum age requirement?
We host AWESOME parties for kids from 4 years old and above, if all of the guests attending are 4 or older! Our party activities are not suitable for children under 4 years of age.
Is there a maximum number of kids?
Under COVID-19 Restrictions, our parties are currently limited to a a maximum of 24 children and a total maximum of 30 (parents and children) in our venue.
Do you provide food?
Food is not included in the party packages, but YES we can help! We can organise party food on request through our partnership with local providers, including Pizzas, Burgers & Chips or specialty Picnic Boxes. Please contact us for details.
Alternatively, you are welcome to bring in your own cold party food, drinks and cake for the children to share after the party activities! There is a small fridge that is available (however, the freezer is not large enough to hold ice cream cakes). If you are arranging for food to be delivered to our Centre, please arrange for it to arrive 45 mins after the party starts so it is ready in time for the celebration! Food delivery is much better than trying to leave the party to pick up the food yourself – no one wants to leave their own child’s party.
Please note that no alcohol is permitted in the Centre.
How early can we arrive? Can we stay late, after the party ends?
The birthday parents may arrive 10 minutes early for setting up, if necessary. Please do not arrive earlier as we will have other classes or parties prior to your party and will also be using this time to complete the set up for your party! Free play with LEGO® Bricks will be provided at the start of the party for the guests as they arrive.
It is important to ensure the party ends at the scheduled time as the Centre is booked for other parties or events, late fee may applied to cover additional cost incurred.
Can parents stay?
Parents are more than welcome to stay for the duration of the party! However due to COVID-19 Restrictions, our parties are currently limited to a maximum of 24 children and a total maximum of 30 (parents and children) in our venue. Therefore to allows more space for the children to enjoy themselves, we are happy for some parents to drop their kids off and enjoy some lovely me time. It’s a great opportunity catch up some shopping at Westfield shopping Centre which is just a few minutes walk away. Children safety is our biggest priority, rest assured all of our team leaders are fully trained and are qualified with Australian Work With Children Certificate.
Are younger siblings welcome?
Yes! The party games and activities are aimed at the age of the birthday child. If the younger sibling is 4 years or younger, we ask that the sibling remain under the supervision of a parent.
Can parents bring decorations, balloons or a piñata?
Yes, of course! The table will be set for the children with a table cloth, plastic plates, cups and napkins. Parents are more than welcome to provide additional table decorations, if desired.
If parents wish to organise balloons they are welcome to do so. We ask that the balloons arrive with the parents on the day of the party and that they are weighted down bunched arrangements, to be used as table centrepieces or at the entrance on the front desk.
Please note that we do not allow piñatas! The space is not large enough for children to swing sticks safely – lo siento!

What is your policy on postponing or cancelling a party?
We remain committed to running the best Kids’ Birthday Parties on Sydney Northern Suburbs! If a parent needs to postpone a party, we just ask for 72 hours notice. Parties that need to be postponed inside 72 hours will forfeit the $100 deposit.
Any parties that need to be cancelled will forfeit the $100 deposit and any money committed towards the party.
