Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least THREE weeks from the start date of the program will receive an 80% credit. Cancellations made TWO to THREE weeks from the start date of the program will receive a 50% credit. There are no refunds for programs cancelled LESS than TWO weeks prior to the scheduled date of the program.

Make-Up Classes and Transfer Policy

Make up classes and transfers will be accommodated as long as there is room in the class. If your child is visibly sick or carrying a high temperature on the day of the class, please keep your child at home! We will make up the class at the next opportunity.

Cancellations

BRICKS 4 KIDZ® reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrolment. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be made less classes already completed.

Dismissal Policy

Authorised Parents / Carers must sign children in and out of programs. The only people that your child will be released to are those listed on your information form.

Class Conduct

BRICKS 4 KIDZ® reserves the right to release, without refund of program fees, any child whose behaviour becomes unmanageable. This action will not be taken without warnings. No children will be allowed to intentionally physically harm any other persons or person’s property while class is in session. BRICKS 4 KIDZ® highly discourages students from bringing any personal LEGO® bricks such as mini-figures or personal LEGO® models to classes. BRICKS 4 KIDZ® is NOT responsible for damages or loss of any personal property while at a class.

Child Health

We will require details of your child’s medical and health information on the registration form that you will need to complete before your child commences a BRICKS 4 KIDZ®® program.

Staff

Child safety is our first priority. BRICKS 4 KIDZ® instructors are individuals who have a great interest and ability in teaching BRICKS 4 KIDZ® programs to students in an exciting way. Each instructor is trained in teaching specific lessons involving the themes in the programs. In addition, all senior instructors go through a Working With Children background check with the necessary authorities. It is not possible to conduct Working With Children checks for our junior (under 18) staff.

Do Students Take Home Their Projects?

Since we use our LEGO® supplies in classes and programs throughout the year, students do not take home projects or pieces.
