eWorkshop Scratch 3.0 – Maze
The ability to code is a key component of technology education today. Our coding programs will teach children important strategies to enhance their logic and problem-solving skills, as well as help them work toward becoming technological innovators of tomorrow.
Each child will learn to code that will allow the player to lead the bird to the blue brick sprite through the maze using the arrow keys. A timer tracked how long it took me to complete the maze.

Common Questions about our eWorkshops with LEGO®!
How old does my child need to be?
All children are welcome at our eWorkshops from as young as 5. Younger children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by a parent.
Do the kids need a tablet or computer?
A computer or a tablet will work for LEGO® Brick Building. Coding with Scratch will require a computer. Kids will need mum or dad to download the free Zoom app before the eWorkshop begins and have it ready to go. Coding with Scratch will require mum or dad to sign-up to a free Scratch Online account. We’ll send you information on how to do that.
How much LEGO® should each child have for LEGO® Brick Building?
As much as possible! We always suggest that it would be great if kids could have at least 1 kg of LEGO® that they can use for their creations, so they have plenty of choice of different bricks.
What is the process of booking?
Super easy. Just click the link for your preferred workshop above!
Payment is made using a credit card online through our secure payment gateway. Your child’s place is confirmed when payment is made. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Is there a maximum number of kids?
Our popular eWorkshops are capped at 12 children. The Zoom Building Room can get a bit raucous with more than 12 😀.
Are parents welcome to join in and build?
Yes! The eWorkshop activities are aimed at the age of the kids but we love to see mums and dads building with their kids – as long as the kids are happy to share the LEGO® 😀.
How strong should the internet connection be for each child?
We hope each child has a medium to strong internet connection at home! This means we can have high quality video and sound, making it more fun for everyone. We know this isn’t possible in all homes and it isn’t a dealbreaker for us. If a child can at least get online, we just ask that everyone is patient with those kids who may struggle to see and hear.
What is your policy on postponing or cancelling an eWorkshop?
Cancellations made at least THREE weeks from the start date of the eWorkshop will receive an 80% refund. Cancellations made TWO to THREE weeks from the start date of the eWorkshop will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for eWorkshops cancelled LESS than TWO weeks prior to the scheduled date of the eWorkshop.
We offer FULL credits for missed programs due to illness. We trust parents to let us know and don’t require a doctor’s certificate. It is hard enough to see doctors these days and we don’t want this to be a problem!
Do the prices include GST?
Yes, all prices are inclusive of GST.
