Common Questions about our Parties & Events!

What is the process of booking?

Super easy.  Just fill in the Contact Us form with your requirements and one of our awesome staff members will follow up with you!  We’ll discuss your party needs, confirm the time and date with you, and then issue you an invoice for a deposit.  Once we’ve received your deposit, your preferred time and date is secured – that’s it!  Final numbers and payment will be due one week prior to the party.

Is a deposit required?
50% of your chosen birthday party package is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remainder of your balance is payable one week prior to your party.
Where is the Venue? Is there any parking available?
Our birthday party venue is located at 55 – 57 Degen Road Capalaba. There is a carpark at the venue and ample of on street parking.
What time slots are available for parties and events at the Centre?
Please contact Melina to discuss your preferred time slot for your party.

We can also host parties after school on any day during the week (including Friday afternoons)!

What is the minimum age requirement?
We host AWESOME parties for kids from four years old and above, if all of the guests attending are four or older!  Our party activities are not suitable for children under four years of age.
Is there a maximum number of kids?
We can cater for up to 25 children, although a Party of up to 20 children allows more space for the children to enjoy themselves!
Do you provide food?
Parents are invited to bring in their own cold party food, drinks and cake for the children to share after the party activities!  There is a sm fridge that is available (however, the freezer is large enough to hold ice cream cakes).  Please ask the manager on the day if you require these.

Alternatively, parents are welcome to order and have pizzas delivered to the Centre for the food and cake after the party activities!

No alcohol is permitted in the Centre.

What sort of party food do you recommend?
The list is endless!  Sushi, fruit platters, sandwiches, popcorn, biscuits, jelly and chips … Personal lunch boxes are very popular for each child too!

If you are arranging for food to be delivered to our Centre, please arrange for it to arrive 45 mins after the party starts so it is ready in time for the celebration!  Food delivery is much better than trying to leave the party to pick up the food yourself – no one wants to leave their own child’s party.

How early can we arrive? Can we stay late, after the party ends?
The birthday parents may arrive 20 minutes early for setting up, if necessary. Please do not arrive earlier as we will have other classes or parties prior to your party and will also be using this time to complete the set up for your party! Free play with LEGO® Bricks will be provided at the start of the party for the guests as they arrive.

It is important to ensure the party ends at the scheduled time as the Centre is booked for other parties or events.

Can parents stay?
Parents are more than welcome to stay for the duration of the party!
Are younger siblings welcome?
Yes!  The party games and activities are aimed at the age of the birthday child.  If the younger sibling is four years or younger, we ask that the sibling remains under the supervision of a parent.
Can parents bring decorations, and balloons ?
Yes, of course! If parents wish to organise balloons they are welcome to do so.  We ask that the balloons arrive with the parents on the day of the party and that they are weighted down bunched arrangements, to be used as table centrepieces or at the entrance of the centre.

Please note that we do not allow piñatas!  The space is not large enough for children to swing sticks safely – lo siento!

Can I have the party at my house instead of the Centre?
We can come to your home or venue – please ask about our mobile options!
