Common Questions about our Parties & Events!
What is the process of booking?
Super easy. Just fill in the Contact Us form with your requirements and one of our awesome staff members will follow up with you!
We’ll discuss your party needs, confirm the time and date with you, and then issue you an invoice for a deposit. Once we’ve received your deposit, your preferred time and date is secured – that’s it!
Final numbers and payment will be due one week prior to the party.
Is a deposit required?
What time slots are available for parties and events at the Venue?
Available time slots for parties at our Centre on Saturday and Sunday are:
- 10am – 11.30am (90 mins) Available Saturday
- 12.15pm – 1.45pm (90 mins) Available Saturday and Sunday
- 2.30pm – 4pm or 4.30pm (90 mins or two hours) Available Saturday and Sunday
We can also host parties after school on any day during the week (including Friday afternoons)
Where is the Centre? Is there any parking available?
The entrance to our Cronulla Centre is at 9-11 Gosport Street, Cronulla. Parking is available on either Gosport Street, Burke Road just around the corner or the surrounding roads. We also have a small car park on site for 5. Please do not use the Reserved parking belonging to ‘The Hangout’ even it is available as the owner requires access at weekends. Thank you! You can enter the Centre via the rear of Cronulla Baptist Church.

Can we view the Centre before booking?
Please email us at [email protected] or us a call on 0431 346 840 to book in a time so that we can make sure we’re there, give you our focused attention and answer all your questions!
What is the minimum age requirement?
Our party activities are not suitable for children under four years of age.
Are younger siblings welcome?
Is there a maximum number of kids?
Do you provide food?
You are welcome to bring in your own cold party food, drinks and cake for the children to share after the party activities! There is a large fridge/freezer available to use and the freezer is large enough to hold ice cream cakes. We also provide paper plates, cups and napkins.
If you are arranging for food to be delivered to our Centre, please arrange for it to arrive 45 mins after the party starts so it is ready in time for the celebration! Food delivery is much better than trying to leave the party to pick up the food yourself – no one wants to leave their own child’s party.
We also have a small kitchenette with coffee and tea making facilities that you are more than welcome to use, and jugs that can be used for water, as well as platters. Please ask the manager on the day if you require these.
Please note that no alcohol is permitted in the Centre
We recommend using The Good Fairies for catering if you don’t want to do it yourself and there is a local Domino’s Pizza 2 minutes away.
How early can we arrive? Can we stay late, after the party ends?
It is important to ensure the party ends at the scheduled time as the Centre is booked for other parties or events.
Can parents stay?
Parents are more than welcome to stay for the duration of the party but we encourage you to sit and relax downstairs in the covered courtyard while your child plays with their friends. Cronulla also has some beautiful coffee shops just around the corner!
Can parents bring decorations, balloons or a piñata?
Yes, of course! The table will be set for the children with a table cloth, compostable plates, cups and napkins. Parents are more than welcome to provide additional table decorations, if desired.
If parents wish to organise balloons they are welcome to do so. We ask that the balloons arrive with the parents on the day of the party and that they are weighted down bunched arrangements, to be used as table centrepieces or at the entrance on the front desk.
Please note that we do not allow piñatas!
Where can I get invitations for my party?
Once you book with us we will send you a link to our Bricks4Kidz Birthday Party Invitations page. Here you can download and customise the invitations before sending them out. Alternatively we are happy to post them to you! Just let us know your preference when you book your party.
Can I have the party at my house instead of the Venue?
We can come to your home or venue – please ask about our mobile options!
Do the prices include GST?
Yes, all prices are inclusive of GST.
