General questions

How do I make payment?

Payment can be made via bank transfer, details will be given after enrollment via email.
Full payment should be made within 3 days of enrollment to confirm your child’s placement.

For birthday parties, we will ask for $100 non-refundable deposit within 7 days of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Cancellations made at least THREE weeks from the start date of the program will receive an 80% refund.
  • Cancellations made ONE to THREE weeks from the start date of the workshop will receive a 50% refund.
  • There are no refunds for workshops cancelled LESS than ONE week prior to the scheduled date of the workshop.

Alternative workshops may be offered at the discretion of BRICKS 4 KIDZ Armadale where there are extenuating circumstances for the cancellation.
BRICKS 4 KIDZ Armadale reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to low registration. Where this occurs, students may opt for another workshop if places are available OR receive a full refund.

Does the program qualify for childcare rebate?

We are not qualified as approved child care service therefore we are not able to offer a child care rebate. 

What if my child cannot make a workshop?

Please contact our team member directly and we will discuss what other options are available.

Birthday Party & Event

How to book a birthday party with BRICKS 4 KIDZ Armadale?

You can simply fill in our contact form. Our team member will get back to you shortly. We will discuss with you about the details of the party, confirm the time and date with you. Your required date and time will be reserved for a period of time. A non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days as to secure your date. 

Is a deposit required?

Yes. We will ask for a non-refundable deposit of $100 within 7 days of bookings.

Can I make any changes after the bookings?

Final number of children is required 7 days prior to the party. Before that, you can even change your package and add-ons.  

If you wish to reschedule the party/event, please contact us as soon as you can. It is subject to the availability and the discretion of BRICKS 4 KIDZ Armadale.

Do you provide a party venue?

We are mobile service therefore we do not have a venue for you.  We can come to your home or location of your choice. In addition, we have a list of venues from the local community to share with you.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Cancellations made THREE weeks or more from the start date of the Event will forfeit the deposit already paid at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made ONE to THREE weeks from the start date of the Event will be liable for a payment of 50% of the full quoted/invoiced cost of the Event.
  • Cancellations LESS THAN ONE week prior to the commencement of the Event will be liable for the full quoted/invoiced cost of the Event.

For Toddler Programs

What do you do in the class?

We have a theme that is running for 6 sessions. Each week, we introduce a letter and a word that is corresponding with the letter. Children will build the object using Duplo bricks with guidance. We have the theme ‘FUN IN THE FARM’ at the moment, children will learn different animals during the term. There are some other fun activities during the class as well.

Can I stay with my little one?

Parents/Carer need to stay with your child for our toddler program. You may need to assist your little one at some of our activities.

For School Holiday Workshop and After School program

What ages do you take?

Our after school class and school holiday workshops are specifically designed to 5-12 years old. If your child is under 5 years old and you wish to make a booking with us. Please contact us directly therefore we can make sure that your child is suitable for our program.

Does parent stay during the workshop session?

No. This is a drop off and go session. You drop off and sign your child in. During pick up, only parents or authorized person can sign you child off. For the rest of the day, your child will be under Bricks 4 Kidz’s care. Our team members are working with children checked, first aids trained and trained in Bricks 4 Kidz Policy. Our Child Safe Child Friendly policy is available here for download. 

Do you provide lunch for School Holiday Program?

Children must bring their own lunch and water bottle. Please note that food and drink are not provided.

If your child is booked in for a half day workshop, please ensure you pack snacks and water.

Our programs are strictly nut-free environments for the safety of the children and our staff.

Do you play LEGO with my child all in the School Holiday Program?

 We don’t just play LEGO, we offer music, craft and fun games as well. These activities are carried out between different sessions.

During the day, kids are broken up into different groups and rotate between a series of stations. These are structured with a particular time allocated at each one and all have different LEGO activities on them. There is an instructor at all these stations.

We also have time for creative play with our mountains of LEGO, where kids can decide what they would like to build and use their imagination!

We incorporate a morning tea break, lunch break and afternoon break into our days. We all sit down together to eat and then play.

Is care provided before and after the workshops?

No, we do not offer care before or after the workshops.  Doors will open at 8.45am for children to be dropped off.

Parents are welcome to come in from 3.00pm to see what their child is building. The workshops end at 3.30pm and we ask that all children are picked up then.

What clothing is suitable?

For our School Holiday Program, we offer breaks between different sessions. We may have some outdoor activities next to our venue.

Therefore, we ask that you provide hats all year around for the children to go outside.  We ask children wear long sleeves and pants if it is cool. Please provide a jumper if needed.

Children need to wear covered shoes as well.

Can I place my child into your After School Program after school term has already started?

It is subject to availability of our class. If we still have seats available, we can enroll your child into the rest of the term and prorate your fees as well. Please contact our team member and we will assist you with your enrollment after the begining of school term.
