Common Questions about our Parties & Events!

What is the process of booking?
Super easy.  Just fill in the Contact Us form with your requirements and one of our awesome staff members will follow up with you!  We’ll discuss your party needs, confirm the time and date with you, and then issue you an invoice for a deposit.  Once we’ve received your deposit, your preferred time and date is secured – that’s it!  Final numbers and payment will be due one week prior to the party.
Is a deposit required?
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
Where is the Centre? Is there any parking available?

The events are hosted at our premium venue, the Burnside Community Centre (401 B26, Tusmore SA 5065).  There is ample parking in the main car park accessible via Fisher Street

What time slots are available for mobile parties and events?
Available time slots for parties on Saturdays and Sundays are:

  • 10:00am – 11:30am (90 mins)
  • 12:15pm – 1:45pm (90 mins)
  • 3:00pm – 5:00pm (120 mins)
What is the minimum age requirement?
We host AWESOME parties for kids from four years old and above.  Our party activities are not suitable for children under four years of age.
Is there a maximum number of kids?
We can cater for up to 24 children, although a Party of up to 20 children allows more space for the children to enjoy themselves!
Do you provide food?
Food is not included in the party packages however you are welcome to bring in your own cold party food, drinks and cake for the children to share after the party activities! There is a small fridge that is available.  If you are arranging for food to be delivered to our Centre, please arrange for it to arrive 45 mins after the party starts so it is ready in time for the celebration! Food delivery is much better than trying to leave the party to pick up the food yourself – no one wants to leave their own child’s party.

We also have tea and coffee making facilities that you are more than welcome to use as well as jugs that can be used for water.  Please ask the manager on the day if you require these.

Please note that no alcohol is permitted in the Centre.

How early can we arrive? Can we stay late, after the party ends?
The birthday parents may arrive 10 minutes early for setting up, if necessary. Please do not arrive earlier as we will have other classes or parties prior to your party and will also be using this time to complete the set up for your party! Free play with LEGO® Bricks will be provided at the start of the party for the guests as they arrive.

This premium venue is next to a gated undercover playground so if you do want the option to arrive a little earlier, parents can organise their own supervision of party guests at this public facility.

It is important to ensure the party ends at the scheduled time as the Centre is booked for other parties or events.

Can parents stay?
Parents are more than welcome to stay for the duration of the party! This premium venue is next to a gated, under cover playground and has plenty of spaces away from the kids to escape and chat to other parents. There is also a basic food preparation area with plenty of space for parents to catch up over coffee or tea.

With the cafes and shops of Burnside shopping across the road, there is ample entertainment options for parents!

Are younger siblings welcome?
Yes!  The party games and activities are aimed at the age of the birthday child.  If the younger sibling is four years or younger, we ask that the sibling remain under the supervision of a parent.
Can parents bring decorations, balloons or a piñata?

Can parents bring decorations, balloons or a piñata?
Yes, of course! Our Lego kits are colourful and the activity tables are decorated with table cloths.  An additional table for the gifts and cake is provided which is also used to place some of the wonderful creations the kidz will build and creates a great photo opportunity.

Parents are encouraged to organise balloons and additional signs + decorations to add to the atmosphere. A good idea is to bring balloons that are weighted down in bunched arrangements, to be used as table centrepieces or at the entrance.

Please note that we do not allow piñatas! The space is not large enough for children to swing sticks safely – lo siento!
