We want to give all families peace of mind around our policies and procedures with the current environment.

We are devastated that in response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Government restrictions ALL our Bricks 4 Kidz Programs are cancelled until further notice.   We’ve been working hard on exhaustive protective measures to keep all kids and staff safe whilst hoping that our activities would be exempt, but that is not the case with the new distancing measures recently announced.

Given the need to postpone, you are entitled to either a full credit or a full refund.  As a local businesses that have worked hard for years to provide a safe, high quality service to kids, we would love if you would consider accepting a credit.

Whist we have to stop activities now, we cannot wait to be up and running in again in Term 4 and the January 2021 Holidays!  You will be free to use your credit on any of our programs then or at anytime in future for a School Holiday Workshop, Birthday Party or After School Program.

If a credit works for you, no action is necessary on your part.  If we don’t hear from you in a few days, we’ll automatically add the credit to your account.  If you do require a refund, please get in touch.

We want to give all families piece of mind that the health and well-being of our BRICKS 4 KIDZ community is our priority. We want to assure you that we have maintained our thorough cleaning regimen to keep all kids and staff safe. Here’s how we tackle that problem:

• Providing hand sanitiser to kids and staff when they start all our programs and after each break (we have plenty of hand sanitiser 😀);
• Thoroughly cleaning our centres before and after each event;
• Regularly washing all our equipment using antiseptic and washing machines; and
• Consistently using disinfectant spray on all our equipment.

During our School Holiday programs, we encourage parents to keep children at home if they feel unwell. We offer FULL credits for missed programs due to illness. We trust parents to let us know and don’t require a doctor’s certificate. It is hard enough to see doctors these days and we don’t want this to be a problem.

We are guided by the updates and recommendations from the Departments of Health and Education. Please don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any concerns.

You can imagine that this difficult situation has been quite testing for us, as it has for so many other families and small businesses.  Your support means everything to us.

Things are tough now but we will rebuild to be bigger and better – building is what we do, after all 😀!
