Common Questions about our School Holiday Workshops with LEGO®!

What is your policy on postponing or cancelling a Workshop?

Cancellations made at least THREE weeks from the start date of the Workshop will receive an 80% refund. Cancellations made TWO to THREE weeks from the start date of the eWorkshop will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for eWorkshops cancelled LESS than TWO weeks prior to the scheduled date of the eWorkshop.

Recoginising the uncertainties of our time, we will FULLY refund your direct payments if we need to cancel due to COVID-19 restrictions,  In cases where you have provided a Creative Kids Voucher as payment or partial payment, we will provide a FULL credit for the Creative Kids portion for a future after school program.

We offer FULL credits for missed programs due to illness. We trust parents to let us know and don’t require a doctor’s certificate. It is hard enough to see doctors these days and we don’t want this to be a problem!

How old does my child need to be?

As noted above, children are welcome at our Workshops from as young as five as long at they are enrolled in school!  Our programs provide activities suitable to the age and skill of each child and cater for children from K – 6.

Is there a maximum number of kids?

Yes, we keep our groups sizes small to provide a quality experience in all our venues.  Are numbers will be capped to comply with COVID-restrictions, as appropriate.  For our Collaroy centre, we currently cap our numbers at 16 to comply with the 4 sqm rule.  For North Balgowlah Community Centre, we are guided by Northern Beaches Council policies.  We are currently capping initial enrolments at 12, which will fully comply with a 4 sqm rule until we have updated information on restrictions.

What should my child bring with them?

Please note that food is not provided. Please provide a nut-free snack for your child to enjoy during every day of the workshop. If staying for the full day children will need to bring their own nut-free lunch. Please make sure your child wears covered shoes, sunscreen and brings a hat! We will supervise them outside at breaks. While activities in BRICKS 4 KIDZ® workshops with LEGO® Bricks are very safe, we place a very high focus on child welfare – at least one staff member at every one of our activities will have a valid First Aid certificate!

How do I make payment?

Payment is made using a credit card online through our secure payment gateway. Your child’s place is confirmed when payment is made. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Do the prices include GST?

Yes, all prices are inclusive of GST.
